truthseek respects copyright. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you can request removal under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a takedown notice

Email wuebben@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown" and include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, with a representative URL or example.
  2. The URL on truthseek where the infringing material is located (e.g., the specific Job, Answer, or Comment).
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we'll do

We review notices and remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith is infringing. We notify the user who posted the material and forward your notice. We may share information from your notice with the user (you can ask us to redact your contact details if you have a privacy concern).

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification with:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or a U.S. judicial district where truthseek is located).
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
